Prerequisites and Participation Requirements

The prerequisites for participation are a context suitable for coaching and being trained. As described, we are less interested in the quality of the idea and more interested in the commitment and the quality of the person.

The requirements for Foundry participants are:

1. An approved MOKR (your statement of what you want to accomplish over three months)
2. Attendance and contribution to our weekly meeting, held Monday morning @ 7:30 AM at the Foundry space.
3. Producing a Foundry management report each week, and reviewing the management reports of your cohort
4. Preparing for and holding a monthly project review (measuring your progress against plan)

Application Process

You apply to the Foundry by:

1. Reviewing the Foundry application videos
2. Completing a MOKR (pdf)
3. Participating in an in-person interview
