The David Eccles School of Business offers a Ph.D. program in business administration in the following specialized areas:

Finance
Information Systems
Marketing
Operations
Organizational Behavior
Strategic Management
The Ph.D. program prepares students for faculty positions at leading research universities through the development of specialized knowledge necessary to conduct scholarly research and to be effective teachers. Each program is tailored to the individual student's interests and supervised by faculty who specialize in their fields. Students generally take four or five years of full-time study to complete the program.
We try to make our Ph.D. program an easy investment. In addition to our strong faculty, excellent classes and research opportunities, we provide financial resources to fund our students. We offer a tuition waiver and a $20,000 stipend to each Ph.D. student.
