Now is your chance to help! Through December 4th, Women in Business has partnered with Go Girlz to accept donations for any hygiene products and clothing, or make a check out to the Women’s Resource Center.
Go Girlz, an organization within the University of Utah community. This program helps economically disadvantaged female students, grades 6-12 in the Salt Lake City school district with the goal of early exposure to higher education.
This program helps address the barriers that young girls face to being academically successful. Through workshops that have taught girls self-esteem, body image, identity development, and the power of language these girls can learn to achieve goals that aspire them to strive for a higher education.
