Utahns optimistic after first raises since Great Recession

Utahns are seeing raises for the first time since the Great Recession began, and it’s leading to economic optimism in the Beehive State.

Natalie Gochnour, director of the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, said the raises were “a long time coming.”
