Doug Bruhnke, CEO of Growth Nation, spoke to students in the Profiles in Leadership class about the characteristics of being a strong leader. Bruhnke highlighted these traits and added his personal experiences, which have helped him in his various leadership roles in business.
Bruhnke graduated from the University of Utah in 1980 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He spent time working nationally and internationally, gaining new skills and building upon a solid foundation to adapt to new opportunities. Bruhnke became the head of a growth capital fund organization, which helps companies grow their business through strategic planning.
