The Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program is designed for working professionals and can be taken in full-time or part-time format. Courses are primarily offered in the late afternoon or evening to provide flexibility and options for our students.

Full-Time

• Three semesters
• 42 credit hours
• Spring or fall semester entry

Part-Time/Evening

The MRED can also be taken in a part-time format to meet the needs of working professionals. 

• Six semesters (typically)
• 42 credit hours
  • 6 to 9 credits per semester
• Spring or fall semester entry
