On Monday, February 13 the Investment Club will feature Garrett Bauer, convicted Wall Street Insider Trader, white color criminal.

Garrett Bauer was convicted of insider trading in a case involving his Wall Street security firm and several prominent New York law firms. Mr. Bauer has presented to a number of graduate business classes and student groups on the east coast – including Columbia, NYU, Princeton, Temple and Rutgers. He will address structuring, money laundering, forfeiture, federal forfeiture, federal sentencing guidelines, and insider trading. He will talk about what he did, how he was caught, what life is like after conviction. He now faces 9-11 years in federal prison.
