Program Objectives
Learn how to apply Lean principles and tools in your business environment to drive bottom-line results for your organization. Lean Expert methods are high-leverage tools for business performance improvement.
Typically 99% of the time it takes to accomplish a task in administrative processes is non value added. In manufacturing, the numbers are a slightly better. What would it mean to your business if you could eliminate most non-value added time/activities?
Ever wonder how Toyota surpassed Ford as the second largest auto manufacturer in the world? The Toyota Production System philosophy has enabled Toyota to eliminate much of the waste in their processes. In other words they have become more lean.
It is well documented that small, mid-sized and large corporations can benefit from Lean implementation. Less documented, however, are the many failures that can occur along the Lean journey. The challenge lies within how to successfully deploy Lean on the necessary scale in order to meet the constraints and needs of the organization.
Discover how to compete in the marketplace and respond quickly and efficiently to your customers’ demands by trimming down and eliminating non-value adding activities. This program gives you the tools to address driving forces in the marketplace, including globalization, shorter product life cycles, shrinking margins and new technology. Find out how to get the benefits you’ve heard about by implementing and utilizing key strategic objectives and tools, ranging from matrix and diagnostics to analysis techniques.
