Program Objectives
This session will explore the dynamics of interpersonal communication and the elements that are necessary for a successful group or team. Theoretical framework and common vocabulary will be explored in order to better understand communication and perceived perceptions. Additionally, participants will examine the roles of non-verbal and emotion in communication. Participants will also discuss key components from the book Crucial Conversations to create tools that can be utilized in daily interactions. This session will also help participants become more effective in public speaking as they are able to give a presentation during the course.
