Program Objectives

We are frequently involved in negotiations through our day, especially in the corporation setting. This session will focus on the critical negotiations we are involved in and the skills that are needed to create value and significantly improve the workplace. Participants will learn how to negotiate with others upon whom they depend for results or resources and how to conduct and prepare for business negotiations both within and outside the organization.
