ASAP

ASAP is designed for high-achieving first-and second-year students with an interest in business. Students are given early opportunities to meet deans, business faculty and professionals who provide information and mentoring. Further connections are made through a cohort experience involving peers and continuing students.

What are the benefits of ASAP?

Take many first-year classes in a cohort, where you will get to know other business students who will be in classes with you throughout your academic career.

Attend seminars with top faculty, leaders of student groups, campus services, and business professionals beginning your first year.

Participate in site visits to local companies.

Students who actively participate in the program and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 will be guaranteed automatic acceptance into the David Eccles School of Business with the major of their choice and are given opportunities to take upper division classes earlier.

Students who meet the criteria for ASAP are also eligible to participate in the Honors College. For more information, visit the Honors College Web Site here.

To qualify for the ASAP program you must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and admission index of 120.
