Cancellation Policy

Course fees are fully refundable if we receive written notification of the cancellation a minimum of two weeks prior to the course start date. We will accept notification or cancellation via US mail or fax. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the course start date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you fail to attend the course without giving notification to our department, the full course fee will be charged. No refunds are available once the program begins. A substitute may be sent in your place to avoid penalties but arrangements must be made with our office at least one day prior to the start of the course.


Programs, dates, fees, and faculty are subject to change.
